This page is being revised…in the meantime, here’s what you need to know about me in list-form:

There is one thing I believe about fitness. If you can move with optimal human movement patterns, you decrease you risk of getting injured and you have greater potential to max out your abilities. I help with the ‘optimal movement’ part.

I adore beautiful language & brutal honesty.

I love people and all of their messiness. And I try to help them with their messiness where I can.

I do gymnastics. It is the most soul-baring time in my week. I learn more about myself when I have to go through an uneven bars routine without rushing myself, or when I have to acknowledge that either I can do it or I can’t on a tumbling pass, than I do at any other time.

I write because that’s what I’ve always done. Fit for Real Life is my journal, my place to put stuff that I know I know and want to share, and my place to put life lessons I’ve learned. I hope you’ll enjoy your time here at Fit for Real Life. 🙂
