Multi-purpose Seasoning Mix: Chili/Stir-Fry/Baking/Grilling

This seasoning recipe is suitable for anyone doing a Candida diet, Gluten free diet, or who just wants homemade seasoning that tastes awesome!! As you can see, I use seasonings more than anything else: 1. they keep the flavor of the meat true- no hiding the flavor of the beef or turkey here! 2. Most pre-made seasoning packets & bottled marinades are full of junk that I don’t want in my body & you shouldn’t either if you want to be optimally fit…things like HFCS(high fruc. corn syrup), preservatives & multiple sources of sugar & salt.

This seasoning mix works on turkey, chicken or beef & is good whether you’re grilling, stir-frying or baking! if you don’t have the seasonings in your cabinet, go get them! Once you get used to seasoning your own meals vs buying pre-packed ones, you’ll go through them so quickly & it will have been a worthy purchase!

Seasoning Mixture: spices

1 tsp. each: garlic powder, chili powder, dried leaf oregano

1/2 tsp. ground cumin

1/4 tsp. each: crushed red pepper and black pepper (both optional)

4 tsp. salt

1/2 C. starch: cornstarch, tapioca starch or arrowroot starch
 
Combine with 2 Tbsp. of water. Put meat in a bag & massage into it 1/2 Tbsp of oil then 1-2 Tbsp. of the seasoning mix. Massage the meat to coat it with the seasoning. Save the rest of the seasoning mix for your next dinner.
 
Off to the grill/wok/or oven you go with your meat! Get your veggies cooked & you’ve got a great, healthy dinner!
